2. No Attorney–Client Relationship

The information published on this Website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Accessing the Website, submitting an inquiry, sending an email, using the contact form, or chatting via WhatsApp does not by itself create an attorney–client relationship. An attorney–client relationship is only established after (i) a formal conflict check is completed, (ii) a written engagement letter or power of attorney ("Tawkeel") is signed by both parties, and (iii) any required retainer is received.

3. Confidentiality of Communications

Until a formal engagement is established, please do not transmit confidential or privileged information through the Website, contact form, email, or WhatsApp. We cannot guarantee confidentiality of unsolicited communications and accept no responsibility for any disclosure that occurs before an engagement is formed.

4. Professional Conduct & Egyptian Bar Rules

Attorney Ahmed Abdelsadek is admitted to practice before the Egyptian Bar Association and is bound by the Egyptian Advocacy Law (Law No. 17 of 1983) and the rules of professional conduct issued by the Egyptian Bar. Nothing on this Website should be construed as a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of any legal matter. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, the "Abdelsadek Law" name and mark, layout, and source code — is the exclusive property of the Practice or its licensors and is protected by Egyptian Intellectual Property Law (Law No. 82 of 2002) and applicable international treaties. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any portion of the Website without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted.

6. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Egyptian or international law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or any related systems;
  • upload viruses, malicious code, or content that infringes the rights of any third party;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or qualifications;
  • scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Website by automated means without our written consent.

Violations may be reported to the competent Egyptian authorities in accordance with Law No. 175 of 2018 on Combating Information Technology Crimes.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Maps). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Access is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or current. To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information published on the Website.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, the Practice, Attorney Ahmed Abdelsadek, and any associated personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any information contained on it — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Practice and its attorneys, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

11. Fees & Engagement

Any fees for legal services are agreed in advance in a written engagement letter or power of attorney signed by both parties, in accordance with the Egyptian Advocacy Law and applicable professional fee scales. The Website does not display binding fees, and any indicative figures are not an offer to contract.

12. Modifications

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
